Seaweed, as an algae growing in the sea, is a hidden flower plant in the plant kingdom. Algae include several different types of organisms that generate energy through photosynthesis. They are generally considered simple plants, characterized by the absence of vascular tissue and the absence of differentiation of true roots, stems, and leaves; Not flowering, without fruits and seeds; Official non specialized protective tissue, often directly producing spores or gametes from a single cell; And the formation of no embryos. Due to the simple structure of algae, some botanists classify it as a lower plant group called the "chloroplast plant group" along with fungi. Seaweed is abundant in Southeast Asia such as Malaysia.

This production line can use DW type mesh belt dryer to achieve drying of seaweed and coconut.


Work advantages:

The entire production line is a fully enclosed type (for materials), consisting of three parts: a swinging fabric section, a drying section, and a discharge section. The swinging fabric section uniformly disperses seaweed on the mesh plate and delivers it to the drying section at a uniform speed. After passing through the 80 ℃ hot air drying section, 90 ℃ hot air drying section, and 120 ℃ hot air drying section, the seaweed is discharged through the discharge section. The circulating wind direction and the circulation of air within each unit are downward, that is, the heated air is sucked in by the induced draft fan, pre distributed at the fan outlet, and then evenly distributed through the orifice plate. The hot air penetrates the material layer from the bottom up (or from the top down) of the material.
