Working principle: The main mechanism of the JCFJ series internal grading mechanical crusher consists of a crushing chamber component composed of an impact hammer block and a lining plate fixed on the outer circumference of the crushing turntable. It is connected to the driving motor through a transmission belt and horizontally installed on the frame; The middle of the crushing chamber is equipped with an intake pipe; The classification chamber component composed of the worm gear classifier and exhaust pipe is placed above the crushing chamber cylinder; There is an air seal isolation between the classification room and the exhaust pipe end face to prevent coarse powder from entering the finished product. Qualified particles in the raw materials are sorted and discharged from the exhaust pipe, while coarse particles enter the crushing room and are crushed under the high-speed impact and grinding action of the impact hammer. The crushed material is transported to the worm gear classifier for pre classification by the upward airflow entering the intake pipe. Qualified particles are sorted and discharged from the exhaust pipe along with the exhaust gas before being collected as products. Coarse particles return to the crushing room for further crushing. The product collection section consists of a cyclone separator, a pulse dust collector, and a centrifugal fan to collect the crushed qualified products.
