Working principle: The QLDJ series fluidized bed airflow crusher consists of an air source section, a feeding section, a crushing section, a product grading section, and a product collection section. The clean compressed air with a certain pressure and flow rate provided by the gas source section and the solid particles provided by the feeding section are mixed in the crushing chamber to form a gas-solid two-phase flow. The supersonic airflow generated by the nozzle collides with the solid particles to obtain crushing. Then, the grading section at the top of the host separates the particles that have reached a certain fineness from the crushing chamber, and the product collection section collects and packages the products.
