Operational principle
This machine is composed of a feeding hopper, a grading wheel, a crushing blade, a gear ring, a crushing motor, a discharge port, a fan blade, an aggregate box, a vacuum box, and other parts. The materials enter the crushing chamber from the feeding hopper and are crushed through high-speed rotating blades. The distance between the grading wheel and the grading plate is adjusted to achieve the required material fineness. The high-speed rotating fan blades guide the materials that meet the requirements from the crushing chamber to the aggregate box cloth bag. Materials that do not meet the requirements continue to be crushed in the crushing chamber. The dust generated by the aggregate box cloth bag is collected by the vacuum box. The unit is designed according to the "GMP" standard, with a simple structure, easy operation and cleaning, low noise, and high output. The machine is made of stainless steel material, and the crushing is carried out. No dust flying during the process.
