- Application scope of high-speed mixer:
High speed mixers are particularly suitable for uniform mixing of solid liquid, solid powder, powder powder, and powder liquid. - Operation of high-speed mixer:
The high-speed mixer must have a dedicated person responsible for starting and running, and strictly follow the operating procedures.

(1) Inspection items before operation
1. Thoroughly inspect the equipment connection components and ensure they are tightened without looseness
2. Whether each operating component is flexible, whether the agitator is firmly installed, and whether the spindle rotates lightly
3. The triangular belt should be uniformly tightened, and the bolts on the motor base plate should be tightened without any looseness
4. The interior of the mixing container and the discharge chamber should be cleaned thoroughly and free of dirt
5. Check if the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the direction indicated by the signs.

(2) Precautions during equipment operation
1. The motor should run smoothly without any abnormal sound, and the temperature rise should be checked regularly to ensure it is normal
2. Check whether the rotating parts such as spindle bearings and V-belt pulleys operate normally. If there is any abnormal noise or vibration, stop the machine immediately for inspection. If there are damaged parts, they should be replaced and repaired immediately
3. When changing the color of the material machine, the mixing container and discharge area must be cleaned thoroughly
4. The equipment feeding shall not exceed the high loading factor. When the equipment is in operation, if plasticizers are added, they should be slowly added and should not be suddenly poured into the machine body, causing local material clumping, resulting in a sudden increase in load and damage to the equipment.
