Operational principle
The two-dimensional mixer mainly consists of three parts: a rotary drum, a swinging frame, and a frame. The rotary drum is installed on the swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two blocking wheels. Among the four supporting rollers, two transmission wheels are driven by the rotational power system to rotate the rotary drum. The swing frame is driven by a set of crank swing rod mechanisms, which are mounted on the frame. The swing frame is supported by bearing components.
Performance characteristics
The rotary drum of the EYH two-dimensional mixer can perform two movements simultaneously, one is the rotation of the rotary drum, and the other is the swinging of the rotary drum with the swinging frame. The mixed material rotates, flips, and mixes inside the rotary drum, while also undergoing left and right back and forth mixing movements with the swing of the drum. Under the combined action of these two movements, the material obtains sufficient mixing in a short period of time. The EYH two-dimensional mixer is suitable for mixing all powder and granular materials.
